Isuzu D-Max, Siap Beraksi di Rally Dakar 2013

IOTOMOTIF.com – Isuzu bersiap untuk ikut berpartisipasi dalam ajang Rally Dakar pada Januari 2013 mendatang. Dengan menggunakan mobil pickup Isuzu D-Max 4×4 D-Cab yang di tuning dan dimodifikasi sedemikian rupa oleh Isuzu Motorsport International Off-Road Race Team khusus untuk mengikuti Rally Dakar.

Dengan spesifikasi mesin menggunakan mesin turbo diesel 3.0 liter (2,994cc) 16 valve common-rail mampu menghasilkan keluaran tenaga hingga 242 hp (178 kW) dan torsi 589 Nm (435 lb-ft). Dipadu dengan sistem penggerak roda 4WD dan transmisi Hollinger sequential 4-percepatan dan Xtreme rally clutch. Mampu berakselerasi dari kecepatan 0-100 km/jam dalam waktu 7 detik dan kecepatan tertinggi 190 km/jam. Pickup D-Max custom Rally Dakar ini menjadi pickup paling bertenaga yang pernah dibuat oleh Isuzu.
